Photo Shoot – Steuer Family

Steuer_09

I was so excited to spend the evening in Maine with the Steuer family as part of their family reunion. The family gathered from all over the country, and it was such fun watching all the grandkids explore and play together.

And it’s always wonderful when you can get a photo of grandparents with all their grandkids!

Wedding – Ben + Rebecca

Ben and Rebecca were married on a beautiful summer day at the Boston Public Gardens, where we also took their engagement pictures. It was wonderful being with them the entire day, from the beauty preparations to the end of the reception.

Love this portrait of Rebecca. The window light in the hotel room was fabulous.

I also love this portrait of Rebecca and Ben with Rebecca’s daughter just a few minutes before the ceremony.

The reception was gorgeous. Rebecca took care of all the details and set up. She’s also a very talented graphic designer and made the beautiful invitiations.

These are wonderful photos!

Photo Shoot – Edwards Family

Edwards Family - 4

I really loved this photo shoot. The parents were great. The kids were cooperative and awesome. And this dog! The most amazing dog I have ever photographed. It’s almost as difficult to get a dog to look at the camera as it is to get a toddler to look at the camera – and I have tons of pictures with the dog looking right at the camera. It was astounding.

Add to all of that my favorite location on a beautiful summer night, and it makes for a really fun shoot. Because the kids are a little older, we walked further into the conservation area than I’ve ever gone before and were able to find some great new locations. I’d love to hear what you think.

And an extra special thanks to the Edwards family for their patience in waiting for these proofs…with all of the house selling/house hunting nonsense, I’m a little behind on my usual schedule.

These are fantastic! I agree with Dana – the line of the path make for some great shots. The Edwards are beautiful! And you really captured their spirit. Nice work.

I love the path behind the family shot – the colors really cooperated as well as the dog, huh?! BTW, I will never want a family pic with Cooper. Never. But the Edwards dog is cute.
